Placing an Order. It's very simple.
1) choose your gift product and add to your shopping cart. 
2) pay with visa, mc, discover or paypal. 
3) upload your photos after payment has been made.

  whoolah!  you are done!

Please note that up to 3 images can be uploaded at the final stage.  If you need to upload more than 3 images please email them directly to nickiperry@gmail.com.

You can also scroll down at the bottom of any products page and add additional enhancements to any of your products. All photos snail mailed are returned in their original condition with your order. All customized orders are required to be paid in full prior to production. You will receive your unique personalized photo gift products in approximately 3 weeks from the time we receive your order in it's entirety including products ordered, payment & photos. It is a very simple process in an otherwise very technical world! We look forward to serving you in the near future ...happy shopping!!!

Pricing is based on one scanned photo and basic graphic cropping and editing.  All of our pricing is listed individually by item. Please go to the "Extras" at the bottom of each page to add extra enhancements to your order like changing a photo to black/white, adding a vignette or adding some customized text.  Some additional enhancements are just $2.00!!

Fonts and Text used at Images Everything are all well known standard varieties. Soon we will post a list of our available fonts, but until then, just simply type the font that you desire, and if we do not have access to that specific font, we will contact you with some similar options.

The Photos that produce the best products are when they are a typical snapshot with a glossy finish. 80% of all photos are generally free from any issues, but please stay clear from photos that have an embossed finish or ones that are printed from a computer unless the image and ink is clear. If you are scanning your own photo, please be sure that the photo is free from any debree before it is scanned. Also, we can tell if a photo will or will not turn out a high quality end product after we receive your photo(s) whether we receive them as snail mail or as a jpeg attachment. Not to worry though, even the old fashioned photos can produce a great end result. (We ask that you please do not cut your photos, as we will do all of the general cropping after your photo is scanned into our computer system) Please note that all snail mailed photos are returned with your order unharmed and in their original condition. We scan all photos and keep them in our system for future reference as well. This allows you to order different products with the same image without having to resend the photo over and over again. You can only receive this type of quality customer service at Images Everything!

Design layout is left to the discretion of the graphic designer, however, please note that when you are choosing a photo for a specific product, generally a square photograph will not fit onto a rectangular product without extensive cropping above and below your image. Also, when choosing a typical 4x6 photo to place onto a square product, it will have to be cropped left and right of the photographic image. The colors are duplicated as closely to the original photo as possible and can sometimes appear more vibrant.

Creating Your Product

The Process. At Images Everything we take a simple photo and turn it into a beautiful keepsake that you can display in your home or give to a loved one as a unique personalized photo gift for any occasion. Our high quality ceramic tiles and other unique products accept your photographic images with an incredible color and clarity. The products we carry are all coated with a special polymer coating and so, the image that is transferred onto the product is captured by this coating. Basically this means that the image becomes a part of the product. This process is called Dye Sublimation where the printed image starts as a solid printed on special transfer paper, turns into a gas during the heat pressing and back to a solid again onto your special personalized photo gift. Very cool stuff!

Extra Enhancements. Each enhancement ranges from just $2.00 - $15.00, and you can choose from; adding personalized text, adding a vignette, changing a photo to black & white, adding a fun frame or adding a talking bubble. Please keep checking in to see more enhancements added in the near future.
The Results. When you see our products in person, you will be amazed at the high quality. Why not have your kids` pictures on a set of coasters or a one-in-a-life-time family reunion photo as a tile trivet or cutting board? How about wearing your kids` pictures on your very own bracelet or sterling silver pendant. Perhaps even sporting them on a golf towel or bag tag? Your personalized photo gift keepsakes are generally ready in 2-3 weeks from when we receive your order and your photos. We produce the products as quickly as possible without compromising the quality of our product or the integrity of your original photographic image. RETURN POLICY ~ 1/2012  

We at Images Everything stand by our products, our service, our graphic design and our craftsmanship because we want you to be as proud of your gift(s) as we are.

Your Order:  We guarantee our craftsmanship and that your gift will be created as you ordered it.  When ordering, you are verifying that all instructions are accurately written on your order form when you finalize your order.  If you do not provide written special instructions, you accept that our graphic design team will place your image suitable according to the product you ordered.  If you realize that you left out any special instructions after you have placed your order, please contact your consultant or our main office at 508-971-7885 as soon as possible.  If your order has not yet been completed, we may be able to make the necessary changes to your order.

Images & Photos:  Pay special attention to the image(s) that you are giving us.  They should be clear, scratch free images and a minimum resolution of 300 dpi (dots per inch) with respect to the size of the item being ordered.  Your image(s) should be clear from any debris, scratches, tears, discoloration, tape, holes, ink, stains, staples, red eye or any other unidentifiable masses.  This clear from any debris image also applies to any images that are not scanned by Images Everything and/or emailed by the consumer.  Basically, what you see in your photo is what you will see in your gift product and you accept that if these items appear on your image, they will respectively appear on your gift product unless specific instructions are clearly written on your order form.  We do offer Extra Enhancements and if the specific request you wish to have done to your image is not listed within our Extra Enhancements we currently offer, a price can be quoted to you prior to producing your product.   

Return Policy:  If you need to make a return... When you receive your product, if you are anything but delighted, please contact us and we’ll do our best to make you happy.  We know, it happens. We'll try to make it right. Here's what we can do for you.

Personalized Merchandise:  If you are not satisfied with your custom gift product, please contact your consultant or our main office at 508-971-7885 within 7 days of receiving your item.  If you are not happy with your product as you ordered it, you may return your item for a remake from the original photo(s) and original designs that were submitted.   If an error has been made on our part, you may return the product for a remake.  If your product contains anything that is not visible in the original photo, you may return that product for a remake.  If you are not satisfied with your custom photo gift as you ordered it, you may return the product for a refund.  Refunded checks may take up to 5-7 business days from when we receive the returned item and remakes may take up to 3 weeks from when we receive the unsatisfactory item to be remade.  The re-make process begins when we receive the information as to what is unsatisfactory as well as the unsatisfactory item to be remade and then the remade item is created and delivered back to you.

Personalized Marble & Mother of Pearl  We guarantee our craftsmanship on our Marble products and that your gift will be created as you ordered it, however, Marble is a metamorphic rock composed of re-crystallized carbonate minerals.  When ordering our Marble products you accept that the characteristic swirls and veins or impurities can be seen in the end product and that this swirling or veining can appear in your end product. We guarantee our craftsmanship on our Mother of Pearl products and that your gift will be created as you ordered it, however, Mother of Pearl is an organic-inorganic, strong resilient and iridescent composite material that has an inner shell layer. When ordering our Mother of Pearl products, you accept that these unique inner shell layers can appear in your end product.

Non-Personalized Merchandise:  You may return your non-personalized merchandise and receive a complete refund within 5-7 days from the date of your purchase with a valid receipt. Non personalized merchandise without a valid receipt may be exchanged for merchandise only, up to equal value of the returned merchandise at the time of the return and if the returned item is not altered, damaged or worn in any way.

Reduce, Re-use ...Recycle! At Images everything, we strive to Reduce, Re-use and Recycle as much as possible. We do not purchase any packaging materials except for the occasional boxes. All packaging materials such as plastic bags, peanuts, brown paper, bubble wrap, etc. are all recycled and we encourage everyone who receives an order from Images Everything to please recycle our packaging whenever possible as well.
