month excludes booking coupons.) *Booking Coupons must be presented at time of purchase and are not redeemable for cash. *Hostess may receive one $15 Booking Coupon for hosting a show and that Booking Coupon must be redeemed at the date of that show. *Any hostess rewards above and beyond the $15 complimentary booking coupon including specials are required to have a show minimum of $175.00 to qualify. *Hostess may receive $15 Booking Coupons for any guests who book a show at their show. *All Booking Coupons earned from guests who book a show at a hostess show must be redeemed after the guests show takes place; their show is a minimum of $250.00; and their show must be held within 6 months of the original hostess show date.) PARTY CLOSINGS: You and your guests will receive your products approximately 3 weeks from the date of your party closing. A party is considered closed when all orders are complete, payments are received and any necessary photos/images are received by your consultant. We encourage all hostesses to close their show by the first Monday following their show so as not to hold up any of the guests' orders. Parties must close no later than the 1 week mark from the actual party date so that the IE Consultant can deliver the entire show to the hostess at one interval. If an individual has not turned in a particular photo(s) prior to the show delivery date, that individual can then produce their photo at their leisure and pick up their order at their convenience, approximately 1-2 weeks from when their photo is received. If a hostess has not decided on what to order at the time of their show closing, the hostess can place their order at their leisure and pick up their order at their convenience, approximately 2-3 weeks from when their order and photo(s) are received. PHOTO RESOLUTION & EMAILING: Photos can be emailed to your Photo Party Consultant or directly to nickiperry@gmail.com via jpeg as an attachment. All photos/images are required to have a minimum 300 dpi (dots per inch) in coordinance with the size of the product being purchased. For example, if your 4x6" image is exactly at the 300 dpi industry standard resolution, then placing that image on any product larger than 4x6" size can depict a too low resolution to emit a high quality end product.
